Non existent customer service. If you want to speak to a technician you have to provide credit card info and pay $5.00 to find out what has happened to your order!

Preferred solution: Nothing just to speak with an agent to modify two things on my order.

User's recommendation: Have agents available like you have in the past. Your customer service in the past was stellar. Super helpful and no wait time and took care of order issues on the spot

Still waiting for the Customer service response

I placed an order on March 23rd and wasn't going through. I contact the customer service department four times by email and still waiting for a response. Extremely disappointed from the company.

I am trying to get a human being on the phone and I can’t without paying a dollar for it

Bought a gift for my son. Didnt fit and he didnt like it.

Trying to return it and had a simple question to ask them. Printed a return label but it didnt specify if I bring it with a box or not.

A simple question and I cant even get an answer to that! The worst customer service I have ever experienced

User's recommendation: Impossible to get anyone to help and they just point you to a site where you have to pay a dollar to talk to a human human being. Very frustrating and the worst customer service ever

Customer service is nonexistent. The chat function has not been available for weeks.

There has been no response to multiple emails.

There is no response at the corporate number. Order #32446**** (placed 11/19/2024) was charged but never received; a UPS label was created but UPS never received the package for delivery.

Horrible customer service. No response or resolution.

Returned item over a month ago with receipt from UPS. Bonobos acknowledges receipt of return and has indicated a refund was issued, yet the refund has never been received and no one has been available to follow up via phone, chat or email. They have lost a long-standing customer.

No way to get in touch with customer service

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I have filed a claim about my items not being received six business days ago and I have requested a phone call. They have not reached out to me and the chat icon is never available.

UPS has been equally unresponsive. I'm out $172 and frustrated.

Bonobos Cancels Orders

I have ordered 4 times from BONOBOS and each time there is one or more items canceled due to warehouse stock - not sure why I continue ordering to be quite honest. My last order wasnt cancelled until a week later due to insufficient warehouse stock; however, when I attempt to reorder the exact same items, the website does not indicate out of stock,

This is completely unacceptable for a company owned by Walmart. I have an event next week which I will not have clothes in time for - extremely disappointing!

2.

Cannot "chat" with anyone at Bonobos as the "Live Chat" box never comes up.

3. Cannot speak with anyone at Bonobos "Customer Service" 877-294-**** as Bonobos is not taking phone calls.

What has happened to Bonobos??????

Past experiences have been exceptional.

Current experience is incredibly bad.

When going on Bonobos site my order #31630**** does not even appear.

Get back to me and explain what is happening.

Bonobos can be forgiven when a screw-up is acknowledged and Bonobos pitches in to make it right.

Silence is unforgivable.

I have called them everyday three times a day for 8 days straight and it says sorry we are not answering the ohone at this time please use our chat page to speak with someone I tried that everyday never got to chat with anyone it says try back later I emailed them 9 times now never once got a response

I have been trying to cancel my order for the last two weeks it said I would receive my item 7 to 10 days I ordered dec the third and have emailed them called them tried to chat no one has ever called me back and instead of canceling my order they sent me a email saying sorry but one pair of your pants is no longer in stock we will mail the other pair out soon I am so pissed at this store and have told everyone not to order from them this is ridiculous to not even get a email back but they send me these stupid emails saying order is ready to ship since dec 7th never again
