Horrible customer service. No response or resolution.
Returned item over a month ago with receipt from UPS. Bonobos acknowledges receipt of return and has indicated a refund was issued, yet the refund has never been received and no one has been available to follow up via phone, chat or email. They have lost a long-standing customer.
User's recommendation: Make darn sure you do not want to return ordered items for a refund.
Poor customer service
The only way to get an issue resolved is by contacting using online chat. How can you not have live customer support.

Customer service is nonexistent. The chat function has not been available for weeks.
There has been no response to multiple emails.
There is no response at the corporate number. Order #32446**** (placed 11/19/2024) was charged but never received; a UPS label was created but UPS never received the package for delivery.

I have filed a claim about my items not being received six business days ago and I have requested a phone call. They have not reached out to me and the chat icon is never available.
UPS has been equally unresponsive. I'm out $172 and frustrated.

Im not sure how we got here. I thought I was contacting Bonobos to ask a question about a previous purchase. This email was in no way meant to be a complaint.
Bonobos Cancels Orders
I have ordered 4 times from BONOBOS and each time there is one or more items canceled due to warehouse stock - not sure why I continue ordering to be quite honest. My last order wasnt cancelled until a week later due to insufficient warehouse stock; however, when I attempt to reorder the exact same items, the website does not indicate out of stock,
This is completely unacceptable for a company owned by Walmart. I have an event next week which I will not have clothes in time for - extremely disappointing!

No live chat option on the Bonobos website and email responses from Customer Support are delayed. It seems I am SOL.

Ive had an extremely challenging time contacting anyone at Bonobos about how to get their website to accept a gift card. It has been two weeks without a resolution.

3. Cannot speak with anyone at Bonobos "Customer Service" 877-294-**** as Bonobos is not taking phone calls.
What has happened to Bonobos??????
Past experiences have been exceptional.
Current experience is incredibly bad.
When going on Bonobos site my order #31630**** does not even appear.
Get back to me and explain what is happening.
Bonobos can be forgiven when a screw-up is acknowledged and Bonobos pitches in to make it right.
Silence is unforgivable.

I have called them everyday three times a day for 8 days straight and it says sorry we are not answering the ohone at this time please use our chat page to speak with someone I tried that everyday never got to chat with anyone it says try back later I emailed them 9 times now never once got a response
I have been trying to cancel my order for the last two weeks it said I would receive my item 7 to 10 days I ordered dec the third and have emailed them called them tried to chat no one has ever called me back and instead of canceling my order they sent me a email saying sorry but one pair of your pants is no longer in stock we will mail the other pair out soon I am so pissed at this store and have told everyone not to order from them this is ridiculous to not even get a email back but they send me these stupid emails saying order is ready to ship since dec 7th never again
